Ingredients:
Noodles Spring Onions (Finely Chopped) 1 capsicum (Finely Chopped) 1 carrot (Finely Chopped) 1 cup cabbage (Finely Chopped) Ajinomoto (1 tsp) 1 clove garlic (Finely Chopped) Chilli sauce Vinegar Soya Sauce Black pepper powder Salt to taste
Method:
Cook noodles seperately in a bowl by boiling them for 10 minutes (partially cooked). Allow them to cool by spreading them on a flat surface. Heat oil in a large pan, fry ginger and onions till golden brown. Add capsicum, carrots and cabbage and cook for a while until tender. Add noodles and ajinomoto and mix well. Now add salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce amd mix well. Serve hot.
