Ingredients:

Mava- 200 gms
Cottage cheese (paneer) - 100 gms
Plain flour (maida) – 50 gms
Water- 1 ½ cups
Sugar- 400 gms
Green cardamoms (elaichi) – 3-4

Method:

Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water together until string consistency. Make dough with plain flour, grated cottage cheese and mava. Break small portions of the dough and make round balls with a grain of cardamom in each of them. Make sure there are no cracks in the balls. Deep fry these balls till golden brown and then dip them in sugar syrup.
