Ingredients:

Full cream milk-
Sugar- 2 cups
Dry fruits
Saffron (kesar) - few strands

Method:

Bring milk to boil. Add sugar and keep stirring until the milk is reduced to half the quantity. Add saffron soaked in warm milk. Add the dry fruits. Allow it to cool and then pour this mixture into kulfi moulds. Refrigerate for two hours.
