Ingredients:

Moong dal (soaked and ground) – 1 cup
Ghee-1 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Mava-100 gms
Gram flour (besan) - 2 tbsp
Dry fruits

Method:

Stir fry ghee and gram flour. Add the ground dal and stir fry till golden brown. Add milk and sugar and cook for sometime. In a separate pan roast the mava and add it to the halwa. Mix well. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Serve hot.
