 Ingredients:
Flour- 2 cups Butter- 100 gms Sugar- 2 tbsp Condensed milk- 1 tin Baking powder- 2 tsp Baking soda- 1 tsp Orange juice- 2 tbsp Orange color- 1 to 2 tbsp Orange essence- 1 to 2 drops Orange rind- 1 tsp.
Method:
Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat butter and sugar till the mixture is creamy. Add condensed milk and mix. Fold in the flour slowly. Add orange juice, rind color and essence and mix well. Pour mixture in a greased and floured cake tin. Top it with orange slices. Bake in a pre-heated oven in a moderate heat till done.
