Ingredients for Gobi Matar:

Cauliflower- 1 large
Peas- 250 gms
Salt to taste
Chili powder- ½ tsp.
Onion- ginger- garlic paste- 4 to 5 tsp
Tomato puree-1/2 pack

How to Make Gobi Matar:

Grate cauliflower and fry it till golden brown. Boil peas and add it to the fried cauliflower. Keep aside. In a pan fry the paste of onions- ginger and garlic till golden brown. Add tomato puree and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the fried cauliflower and peas mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paranthas.
