Ingredients for Malai Kofta:
Cream- 100 gms Paneer (cottage cheese) - 250 gms Boiled potatoes- 250 gms Corn flour- 50 gms Cashew nuts- 60 gms Chili powder Onions-3 Curd-100 gms (well beaten) White pepper- 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander Ginger garlic paste Garam masala-2 tsp
Method:
Mash the potatoes, grate the paneer and mix well. Add salt, white pepper and corn flour and mash all the ingredients together. Make small balls with this mixture and deep fry them. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the paste of onions- ginger and garlic. Add chili powder, white pepper powder and curd. Cook for sometime, add cashew paste and stir fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the fried kofta balls. Garnish with cream and coriander.
