Ingredients for Shahi Paneer:

Paneer (cottege cheese)-250 gms(cut into thin triangular slices)
Onions-2
Tomato puree-1 pac
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Garlic-6 cloves
Cream- 50 gms
Ginger- small piece
Salt to taste
Paste of 15 cashews

Method:

Make onion-ginger-garlic paste. Fry this paste till golden brown in color. Add tomato puree, chili powder,
Salt and other spices and mix well. Add cashew paste and stir for some time. Add the paneer slices. Cook for sometime. Remove from the flame and add cream. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander.
