 Ingredients:
3 cups Plain Curd 6 cups Uncooked Rice 8-10 Curry Leaves 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 2-3 Dry Red Chilies 2 tbsp Cooking Oil Salt to taste
Method:
Cook rice in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds and red chillies. Cook for a minute and then add curd and salt to this. Add Rice to this and mix well.
