Ingredients:

2 Cups uncooked rice (soaked)
Fresh green chilles
1 Cup urad dal (soaked)
3 tsp Yeast (soaked in warm water)
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Method:

Grind rice and urad dal. Add sugar, salt and yeast to this batter and then leave it for 2 hours to ferment. Now, heat some oil in a flat pan, add the batter like a pancake. flip it over when one side turns brown. Cook for a minute. Serve hot with sambhar
