Ingredients:

1/2 cup Raw Rice (soaked)
2 cups Water
1/2 Urad Dal (soaked)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil for greasing

Method:

Grind rice and urad dal. Leave this batter overnight. Add salt to taste. Pour this mixture in the idli stand. Steam this mixture in a pressure cooker for some time. Serve with sambhar and chutney.
