 Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (paneer) – ½ kg Beasan -2 tbsp Rai(ground)- 1 ½ tsp Garam masala- 1 tsp Chat masala- to taste Salt to taste Chili powder Curd- 5 tdsp Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Method:
Cut square pieces of paneer and marinate them with curd, ginger- garlic paste, salt and besan. Mix everything and keep aside for ½ hour. Deep fry them till golden brown. Serve hot and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
