 Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes- 5 Bread slices-6 – 8 Garlic cloves- 1-2 (chopped) Lemon juice- ½ tsp Sugar- ¼ tsp Green chilies- 2-3 Coriander leaves- a few Salt- to taste Ginger- a small piece Oil to fry
Method:
Mash the potatoes. Soak the bread slices in water, squeeze out the water and mix these bread slices with mashed potatoes. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves to the mixture. Mix well. Make small round balls with this mixture. Deep fry these balls and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
