Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes- 3 (mashed)
Boiled vegetables- beans, peas, carrots
Onions (finely chopped)
Garlic-2 cloves (paste)
Tomato puree- 1 tbsp
Water- ½ cup
Oil- 3 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Green chilies- 1(finely chopped)
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Tamarind powder- 2 tsp
Lime juice- 3 tsp
Chaat masala- 2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala- 3-4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander and chopped onions for garnishing

Method:

Heat some oil and fry garlic paste. Add onions and fry until golden brown in color. Add tomato puree and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add boiled potatoes and other boiled vegetables. Mash these vegetables with the help of a masher. Add all the spices and mix well. Add some water and cook for sometime. Garnish with chopped coriander and onions with a dash of lime juice and serve with hot pav roasted in butter.
