 Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes- 3 (mashed) Peas- ½ cup Cashew nuts- ¼ cup Green chilies- 1 finely chopped Salt to taste Coriander powder- 2 tsp Chaat masala- 2 tsp Tamarind powder- 2 tsp Red chili powder- 1 tsp Oil for frying For the dough Oil- 3 tbsp Flour- 3 cups (maida) Salt to taste Water
Method:
Mix boiled potatoes and peas in a bowl. Add all the spices, green chilies and cashew nuts. Mix well. Make dough with flour, salt, oil and water. Dough should be such that you can make chapattis with it. Make round chapattis and cut them in half. Roll these halves like a cone and fill these cones with the potato mixture. Seal these cones and fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve with tamarind or coriander dip.
